Tis a sad day, for we have lost a legend. After suffering complications with his heart and lungs late last night, actor Sir Christopher Lee passed away after just recently celebrating his 93rd birthday.
During World War II, Lee would climb the ranks in the RAF (Royal Air Force), retiring in 1946 as a flight lieutenant. He would then go on to become an actor, but wouldn’t hit it big until he began working for Hammer Productions.
